Those outrageously unfair and unethical and corrupt self-serving judicial actions occurred in both state courts and federal courts (trial courts and appellate courts).  

Lonnie Willoughby filed two appeal cases in the U.S. Supreme Court to expose those outrageous levels of judicial corruption at every judicial litigation level.  

Lon was subjected to extremely unfair and unethical litigation schemes and tactics (extreme judicial corruption) in the trial courts and in the appellate courts.

  The appellate court judges and the justices of the Supreme Court of the United States (high court) took no judicial actions that would overturn the extremely unfair and unethical litigation schemes and tactics used in the trial courts against Lonnie Willoughby - with only two exceptions. 

The state appellate courts did "allow" Lon Willoughby to "win" two appeals out of twelve appeals.  

In one of those appeal cases, the three appellate court judges took no responsible judicial actions to initiate an appropriate criminal investigation of the extremely unfair and unethical criminal type litigation schemes and tactics that a circuit court judge and a plaintiff law firm used against non-resident defendant Lonnie Willoughby.  

Appellant Willoughby responsibly and competently exposed those very serious criminal judicial actions in his appeal briefs and with solid indisputable documentary evidence in the "Record on Appeal."  

The three appellate court judges ruled in appellant Lonnie Willoughby's favor on the very important appeal case, but they totally ignored the very serious obvious criminal actions committed by a circuit court judge and the plaintiff law firm's attorney that caused Willoughby's appeal case.

Appellate Willoughby's appeal actions exposed clearly the criminal actions of the circuit court judge and the plaintiff's attorney, acting in criminal collusion with each other in a criminal-minded litigation scheme to defeat defendant Lonnie Willoughby in very important summary judgment motion hearing.  Those criminal actions are what caused Willoughby to file the appeal case.  The appeal was about the judge's criminal action of filing an unfair, unethical, and fraudulent order that knowingly and willfully ruled against defendant Willoughby improperly about a summary judgment issue.  

 This appeal case shows clearly one of the main reasons that judicial systems in America can operate in extremely unfair, unethical, and outrageously corrupt ways.  Even when those kinds of actions are exposed clearly in a very important appeal case, with indisputable documentary evidence, the appellate court judges will likely ignore the criminal actions involved with a trial court judge acting in criminal collusion with a trial court attorney to cause a corrupt trial court decision to be rendered.  

That is about as corrupt as a very important judicial decision can be in a trial court litigation process.

Consequently, with that kind of extremely irresponsible appellate court action regarding those criminal actions by a circuit court judge and the plaintiff law firm's attorney, those kinds of unfair and unethical judicial actions continued against non-resident defendant Lonnie Willoughby when the litigation case went back to the same trial court - after Lonnie Willoughby won that appeal case.   

In 20 years of continuous unfair, unethical, and corrupt litigation judicial actions against non-resident litigate Lonnie Willoughby, none of the appellate court judges, including the high court judges (U.S. Supreme Court), took any judicial actions that would initiate an appropriate state or federal criminal investigation of outrageously corrupt criminal actions by attorneys and judges (acting in collusion and conspiracy with each other) to maliciously and ruthlessly deny Lonnie Willoughby fundamental due process of law in the trial courts involved (again and again for more than 20 years of related litigation actions). 

Those situations occurred over and over because there were multiple related litigation actions that continued over a period of 20+ years.  

Lon personally filed and prosecuted pro se 12 appeal cases to expose the outrageously corrupt ongoing self-serving judicial actions that were continued in the related litigation actions in the trial courts. 

None of the appellate court judges took any judicial actions that would have helped prevent such unfair and unethical litigation schemes and tactics from being used again and again against Lonnie Willoughby (the reasons that he filed and prosecuted so many appeal cases).  

Consequently, the unfair and unethical trial court judges took no judicial actions that would help prevent such unfair litigation actions with other litigants in future cases.
